Shipping & Returns

We currently ship our products to destinations all over the World! Outside the European Union, all orders are VAT-exempt but you may incur some customs taxes or duties depending on the laws of the destination country.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we'll organize a full refund or a product exchange, depending on your choice. If you would like to exchange the product with a different one, simply email us at info@valentinagalloshoes.com with your preference.

You will find all necessary information for the return (including the address sticker) inside the package you received. Simply contact the courier: SDA (within Italy) or FedEx (outside of Italy) to organise the pickup; alternatively, you can drop off the package at one of their official drop-off points.

The shipping costs for the return are pre-paid by us from Italy and Europe. 

We kindly ask that you send the product back to us within 30 days from the order date, and ensure that the product hasn't been used or damaged and is in the same original condition as it was when you received it (including the packaging). We suggest that you try your Valentina Gallo shoes on a soft surface (e.g. a carpet) before deciding whether to keep them.

All contracts for purchase of products through the website www.valentinagallo.it are governed by these Terms and Conditions. AREA OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

The right of return is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW AND TRIBUNAL

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law, being expressly excluded the application of its conflict of law. The contract of sale between the customer and Tailor Made Luxury is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of contracts of sale through the website "http://www.valentinagallo.it/” if the customer is a consumer as understood under the Legislative Decree no. 206 / 2005 et seq. mm., the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence. In other cases (foreign customer or legal person or entity), the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of via Melzo, 12-20129 Milan (MI). These Terms and Conditions do not constitute obstacle against Tailor Made Luxury with regard to public policy provisions within the existing European Union legislation which came from the customer's order provided that the same is domiciled there.

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Italian and translated in other languages. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions written in Italian and translations into other languages, the former shall prevail. In case of dispute, the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and the Customer agrees to accept the exclusive jurisdiction. Tailor Made Luxury reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions, decrees or any other interim measure for the defense of their rights under these Terms and Conditions.
